BTS Transcription will pick up your dictation several times a week or on a daily basis, depending on your needs. In just a few weeks, you will be able to call in and record your dictation 24 hours a day.
You will receive the finished product back in your office within the agreed upon time frame.

There are several ways in which you can receive your completed work. You might select one, or a combination of these options:

Frequently Asked Questions
How do we bill for our services? BTS Transcription always bills according to a 60-character line. This way, you pay only for what's on the page. In our opinion, this is the fairest and most accurate way to determine a line.
How do we assure patient confidentiality? BTS Transcription takes their obligation to provide confidentiality seriously. Absolutely NO details about your patients, you, or your practice will be shared with anyone outside of BTS Transcription.
Is there a trial period? At BTS Transcription, we understand that jumping into a new contract without knowing what you're getting can be daunting. That's why we are happy to offer you a trial period. BTS Transcription will be happy to complete up 20 minutes of dictation free of charge so that we can determine if our services meet your needs.
Do you have to sign a contract? Yes, in most cases. Unless BTS Transcription is completing a temporary assignment with your facility, we do require that you sign a contract. This is to protect both parties.
What are the fees for BTS Transcription services? The fees for BTS Transcription services include pickup, delivery and 6-month archival of documents. The fees are:
Transcription of tapes with 12- to 48-hour turnaround time: 15 cents per line
Transcription of STAT reports upon request (within 24 hours): 19 cents per line
Additional copies of archived reports: $2.50 per report.
