From 1996, Jeannine worked in the medical transcription department at Montgomery Regional Hospital. When their transcription was outsourced to EDiX Corp., she went to work for that company, as an MT, Mentor, MT Liaison, and then Supervisor. When EDiX changed hands, Jeannine decided it was time to go back to running her own business, and thus, BTS Transcription was born.
